It means what it says but I do not know the normal range for ovaries in women like you, but your local Dr will. I would also call the ultrasonographer who can give u normal range for all of these measurements in women like you using their machine. But overall thinking normal but need their normal values to make call. Always tell us why it was done. Eg pregnant, abnormal bleeding, no menses, pain?
