Uh oh: If your uterine lining is really 3-5 centimeters thick - you need to have some form of biopsy done (endometrial biopsy in the office) or d&c.The uterine lining of a postmenopausal women should be closer to 3 millimeters, and if it is 3cm, there is a very high chance of having endometrial cancer.I don't know what Prometrium (micronized progesterone) sweeping is, but if it is taking Prometrium (micronized progesterone) for 7d, to cause. It isn't enoug.
