Ive had pancreatic enzymes checked a few times over the years. Lipase has never been elevated but amylase fluctuates. Ive had it as high as 300. Ive also had it just above the range and normal as well. Never pancreatitis. Could be cancer ???
I had an elevated lipase when i had my blood test. It was 111 from 30-110 normal. I had abdominal pain, vomit 2 times in 3 days. Is it pancreatitis?
