You have had diahorrea for a while also these tests are abnormal.This can not be diagnosed in this forum. Pl see a Gastroenterologist

Mid 20s, amylase 156 and lipase 152, a few years of recurrent diarrea. No upper abdominal pain. Mildly low b12. No celiac or IBD. Never drank. Is this concerning for chronic pancreatitis or would this be very unlikely given age/symptoms??
