Abdominal pain, predominantly on left side for 2 mo getting worse, blood in stool 4 times early on - none in last month. ct scan clear. cbc results normal, but lipase slightly elevated. worried about pancreatic cancer. what should i do as a next step?

Your symptoms do not at all suggest pancreatic cancer and your CT is negative as well. Follow up with a gastroenterologist. You may need a colonoscopy.
