Bilirubin 25 but dropped mth later to 19 vs lab normal of 17 umol/l. conjugated = 6 vs norm of 8. abdominal u/s normal but pancreas not seen well. blood normal. bili historically low up until yr ago. lipase normal. could it be pancreatic problem?

I'd consider these values to be within normal limits at this time. I assume liver enzymes & liver on U/S are normal. What, if any, symptoms are you experiencing?

Most likely could be from something benign like Gilbert syndrome a good Howe ER be a pancreas or gallbladder problem. Recommend evaluation by gastroneurologist or general

43 male. Lipase normal. Bilirubin normal. CBC normal. US normal other than fatty liver. Gall has polyps.Mid back pain. Solar plexus pain. Yellow stool. How is stool yellow if bilirubin. Lipase is normal? What can cause this? Is this pancreatic cance?
