Mid 20s, never drank. once a month diarrea for a few years. lsbs normal besides mildly low b12 and amylase (156) and lipase (152) being elevated. what could be causing this? no family history of pancreas issues. are there non pancreas causes?

You should see a GI doctor for an evaluation to find out the etiology if these signs and symptoms. The only way to find out if these are all related is to have GI see you. You likely need some imaging studies, like a CT scan of the abdomen, to see if there is anything going on to account for these issues. So, see a GI doctor. Good luck!
