Urethral cancer is rare and extremely low on the list of possible explanations. You did not mention a urine culture, which hopefully has been negative but perhaps should be repeated. Chlamydia usually responds promptly to treatment but should probably be rechecked in a couple of weeks. Also, the infection may have cleared but inflammation and irritation may persist for a while.

No this is not urethral cancer but urethritis. Ask your doc about a urine C&S. drink plenty of water and try azo till you get the results. Good luck.
