Burning and frequency are less likely due to cervical pathology but spotting is. LSIL is not a precancerous lesion but we can't rule out the progression which depends on when that PAP smear was done. With the current symptoms, either bladder infection or vaginitis is likely the cause. You should see your GYN for a full eval. In the mean time, increase fluid intake to at least 2 liters/day.
