43m, burning after urination, groin and testicular pain. 2 months after risky sexual contact, neg test week 2 and week 6 for chl, gon, trich, hiv, hsv 1&2, syph, hep, etc. nitrofuran and minocycline did not work?

Your symptoms are not typical for any STD, and with those negative test results it is certain you have no STD or any other infection from the exposure described. And almost certainly no non-STI UTI in view of lack of improvement on those antibiotics. This is likely psychological related to your worries about the sexual exposure, but a prostate problem also is possible. See a urologist.
