The more likely reason for urinary frequency and burning is a urinary tract infection, a bladder infection. You can get treated with antibiotics for a urinary tract infection by calling your doctor. Your gynecologist can evaluate your ovaries by an imaging study like a CT scan as well as physical exam. You can thus be checked for signs of ovarian cancer. Good luck to you!

Ovarian cancer does not cause frequency of urination- it may in extremely rare instances when spread localy. It also does no t cause burning in urine. Both these symptoms are usually due to a urinary tract infection.
