I have a on and off pain in right testicle hurts to touch a little and some burning after urinate i really hope this isnt cancer or hernia..im worried?

Nonspecific : Firstly, cancer usually isn't painful. Second, a hernia is usually associated with a bulge. Third, could be some sort of inflammatory problem or infection. Best to get seen by your primary care provider for a more complete history and exam. Ask if a urology referral is necessary. Hope this helps!
