Lower back pain, pain in penis shaft and slight burning during urinating/ejaculating. 21,active. worried about prostate cancer. should i be worried?

More info needed: With your current symptoms, you may have a urinary tract infection or possibly a kidney infection. You must be seen and have a urine analysis and culture. You need to have your prostate checked as well because you could have an infection there. Do not take any chances. I would be more worried about infection than cancer at this time--you must also be worried about sexually transmitted disease.

Lbp: would worry more about STD, or prostatitis. Cancer low on the list but could be checked for all 3 at the same timei
