Heavy proteinuria with dipstick test is not consistent with a lower UTI. I am not sure what type of dipstick you use because 15 is trace protein in most types unless you use the one which labels 15 as 3+. Large leukocytes may be consistent with UTI but not by itself. Besides, lower UTI symptoms (frequency, painful voiding, change in urine color or odor) are almost always present. Take care.

All lab results should be co-related with clinical history and findings. There are false positives and false negatives in these home test strips. Best to see your doc.
