Resistant bacteria: Bacteria causing your UTI were not sensitive to Keflex. Find out urine culture result? Report indicates appropriate antibiotics. You need different antibiotic to treat your UTI. Try to have urine culture with sensitivities before changing antibiotic, if possible.
