Just ran my urine, had leukocytes of 3+, protein reading of +-, nitrate +, and ph is normally 6.0 and has increased to a 7.0. should i be concerned? no signs or symptoms of uti. i do have mirena inserted.

Random pee: The urine sample must be judged in light of the quality of the sample & why it was obtained. A typical squat pee from a female contains vaginal debris & uncircumcised male contains skin debris. Neither is considered worth much. A catheter specimen or mid-stream/clean catch with proper technique may have worth. Without symptoms or idea of a quality of this specimen little can be said.
