Gynecologic: This sounds like a problem with your reproductive organs. Perhaps you have an ovarian cyst or other type of mass. Space occupying factors may account for the urinary findings or these may be from a urinary tract issue. You may need some form of imaging of your abdomen and pelvis. There are several relatively benign conditions which could be responsible for this, but this should be investigated.

Most common cause of elevated phosphorus levels is kidney disease. Your abnormal urinalysis could be related to some kidney disease as well or other underlying abnormality of urinary tract. If kidney function normal, ct scan imaging may be indicated. Discuss with your md.
