This event was zero risk for syphilis; you do not need testing at all. But if you feel you need a conclusive negative test result for reassurance, you'll need another test at 6 weeks and some experts recommend 3 months. But this truly should not be a concern for you. Don't confuse shame or guilt over a sexual decision you regret with STI risk from that event. They aren't the same.
