At 25 days, this test detects around 95% of new HIV infections, but his event was zero risk for HIV. Nobody has ever been known to catch HIV from hand-genital contact, whether or not there were abrasions or cuts on the penis. You did not need testing.

HIV is a blood to blood contact. No open wounds on hands of HJ giver or your penis, than no transfer of HIV. Testing is accurate but you should be careful in future where you and who you are with to have sex. Safe sex needs no testing.
