You need to see a urologic for intervention as soon as possible. If retrograde uresteroscopic procedure can't be done urgently, you need to have percutaneous nephrostomy +/- anterograde ureteral stent for protecting right kidney function. Blood test may not show acute renal failure because the left kidney can compensate for the right kidney. Stone analysis is necessary for prophylactic treatment.

Something is making you form stones in both kidneys and needs to be investigated The 9mm stone is at the funnel section of the urinary drainage passageway and tube (ureter) which brings urine down into the bladder, There are several stones in this tube causing moderate obstruction. PL see a Urologist asap
