It depends on many things. Pain, obstruction, duration sizeof stone etc. From this it seems the ureteral stone ought to be treated first i. But follow your Urologists advice and ask questions. Drink lots of water. Good luck

The right proximal ureteral stone needs to be extracted as soon as possible (retrograde method) for avoiding the permanent right kidney damage. The left intrarenal stone can be taken care later with lithotripsy. Take care!
