Please help me with this. should i wait for eswl. ? left intrarenal stones and milk of calcium cyst. raght proximal right ureteric stone and moderate right-sided hydronephrosis ?

It depends on many things. Pain, obstruction, duration sizeof stone etc. From this it seems the ureteral stone ought to be treated first i. But follow your Urologists advice and ask questions. Drink lots of water. Good luck

The right proximal ureteral stone needs to be extracted as soon as possible (retrograde method) for avoiding the permanent right kidney damage. The left intrarenal stone can be taken care later with lithotripsy. Take care!
