Can hydronephrosis and kidney infection caused by a kidney stone blockage of the ureter cause hypotension?

IF there is: Obstruction this is a high risk situation for development of infection. A serious infection could cause low blood pressure. The other possibility is low blood pressure related to pain medication for the stone.
