"Atrial fibrillation" (AF) is a condition which the rate of heartbeats varies and can lead to runs of ventricular tachycardia (rapid rate). See a cardiologist for guidance, as increased stroke risk secondary to blot clots in the upper chamber (atrium) can occur.

The atrial fibrillation being new has to be discussed with your treating physician, the anterior infarct will still have to be confirmed as many times is overruled and due to lead placement. Getting a cardiologist involved early would be best.
