Sinus tachycardia means the heart rate on the ECG was greater then 100. The rest of it typically means there are non-specific changes which need to be placed in the context of your symptoms. Depending on the heart rate, the changes can also be rate-related. If you are having symptoms related to your heart, you should see a cardiologist so you can get evaluated. Good luck to you!

Proper follow up will be critical in order to explain relatively common and non specific changes seen on ecg. A detailed history and physical exam should provide context in which such findings can be incorporated. Follow up would be best coordinated through your primary care doc’ s office.
