Apparently the computer or the physician who interpreted your EKG compared it with the prior one& pathological Q waves now show up in leads 1.AVL,V5&V6. We'd have to see the tracing to determine whether we agree with that interpretation, however. If acute looking changes are present or if you're experiencing suspicious symptoms, get seen by another cardiologist or proceed to the ER for prompt care
