I left my mild persistent asthma uncontrolled for 2 years and it got increased to moderate persistent which i poorly controlled for one year but the inhaler i used is foracort 400 twice a day had minimum effect . will my airways got remodelled?

Avoid smoke, pollution and allergic triggers such as dust and mold. A mask may be helpful. Discuss the additional medication Singular and allergy testing with your physician. A combination inhaler with a LABA ICS may be indicated. Please follow up and discuss GINA guidelines. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and cough.
