Take her to doctor: Need to be examined by physician , to rule out respiratory infection including pneumonia

Exacerbation/see doc: This is likely from exacerbation in her asthma from factors such as viral infection, smog, increased allergen exposure etc You need to get her to the doctor ASAP to find out the cause for the cough. At age 93, one's lung function has already declined significantly and thus has not a lot of capacity to spare. Don't wait.

Hi, i suffer from asthma, i used symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) tubo inhaler 400. I found 2 which dated 2011. I appreciate they active ingredient might not be as effective but is it harmful or dangerous to use them?
Mild asthma symtoms. Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) given as only treatment and only to be used as rescue inhaler. Strange? Ps. I live in europe.
