You are assuming the two different studies overlap in their findings. They do not. EKG's look at the electrical conduction through the heart muscle and can point out changes in those pathways. An echo=-cardiogram looks at the structure of the heart and movement of the valves. An echo can be normal when the EKG is not. Please discuss this with your doc.

Not enough information with too much variability ( different tests) as health events can happen in time. Any test can be falsely positive or abnormal and this is where establishing and following up with a cardiologist might help in clarifying.
