Work up : I am assuming you were treated with PEG INF and ribavarin combo. At age 26 having a septal infacrt is very rare. Suspect the EKG needs to be repeated and if shows the same changes then seeing a heart doc would be an option. Heart disease in your age and gender is almost unheard of. Best of luck.
