My doctor has voiced concerns over my weight-she believes i have anorexia that is affecting my heart. at this point i weigh 120 lbs-"healthy". my lowest was 6 months ago-93 lbs. i'm 5'4. ecg showed sinus rhythm and septal infarct. could it be wrong?

Congratulations, wonderful recovery in weight. An isolated ecg would not be enough in order to confirm cardiomyopathy related to malnutrition and a follow up with a cardiologist may help in better understanding the nature of cardiac changes, if any.
