Probably not, esp if: They let u go directly home from the ER. Y the difference in the 2 EGGs? Depends where they put the chest leads. If one set of leads was placed a little higher on the chest than the other set, one ecg may look like an (old) ant infarction, and the other will appear normal. y u were in theI er is an issue that should be evaluated further, if no definite answers were determined there.
