,Possibilities...: It is possible to have differences in EKGs due to a difference in lead placement. If you want to know how your heart is functioning, an echocardiogram could be done. It is a non-invasive test, basically an unltrasound of your heart. If that is normal, then the chances are good that you did not have a heart attack. Were cardiac enzymes checked in the ER? That is another test to rule out heart attac
