I had ringworm. got terbenafine pills from derm., took for 2 weeks. looked better for few days after completed prescription but today it had redness in the middle again & sort of itchy. is this bad? should i use cream over it even tho my pills r up?

Two weeks of terbinafine should be effective. You can apply lidocaine cream 4% OTC on those for itching as needed then observe for now. If new lesions appear somewhere else, see your dermatologist again.
