Why i am not 100% free from balanitis even after using clotrimazole and miconazol cream for more than 1 month and two pills of fluconazole. some small red spots are still appear though no rash, no painful urination, no itchiness ... thank you?

Balanitis: The treatments you used treat yeasts (Candida, etc), but nothing else. Yeast is a common cause of balanitis but not the only one. However, some types of yeast are resistant to the "azole" drugs. Stop the yeast treatments and retract your foreskin and wash with soap and water 2-3 times a day. If the problem persists or worsens, return to your doctor for further advice. Good luck!
