May not be ringworm: The basic adage that if the treatment isn't working, the diagnosis may be wrong may apply in this case. The agent in lotrimin (clotrimazole) should help if it is really ringworm, but if not better after a week you might want to have it looked at.Many forms of dermatitis can have some similar appearance.
