How do i know if its ringworm and still contagious? im applying an anti fungal cream just in case, it is a tiny red patch that had a few bumps but not ring shaped or itchy. now it just looks like a slight skin discolouration. am i contagious?

There is no way to know from your description if it was ringworm to begin with, let alone if it is healed. You need to see a doctor to have this rash looked at it be certain that, if it is ringworm, that it has been properly treated and to confirm that you are no longer contagious. So, see your doctor for an evaluation. Good luck!
