I noticed a small circle, not red or itchy, on my cheek. i assumed ringworm and went to a minuteclinic; they said it could be a fungal infection. i've been using clotrimazole antifungal cream for 2-3 weeks. the infection has bigger. is this normal??

Would suggest seeing your primary care doc or pediatrician for a focused exam as among others the diagnosis will have to be questioned and in case confirmed oral meds to be considered.
