I have ringworm (diagnosed) on cheek, using tirbenafine for about 5 days. it is still very itchy and red. directions say to wash before applying cream. whenever i wash, it seems the lesion gets redder and more irritated. is there abetter way to wash?

If antifungal treatment has not resolved the lesion, it may not be fungal and you should see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
