Hi i seem to have a problem with my throat when i move my adams apple down it makes a clicking sound. and when swallowing saliva it also makes the clicking sound?

Larynx or voice box is part of the respiratory system made of cartilages in the neck. The Adams apple is formed at the converging of the laryngeal cartilages along the midline. Mild weakness of the cartilage/ mild problems in the articulation of cartilages could have caused the noise. As long as breathing, speaking and eating are not affected no major issues. Consult ENT doctor for laryngoscopy

I don’t think that this is problematic. You are not in discomfort, so your concern might not actually be of consequence. If the issue persists, and becomes a discomfort, seek out an ENT.
