See a doc: Hard to tell without seeing but it could be referred pain from a problem in the throat. You should see an ENT doc.

See your dentist: If your doc told you that you have a TMJ problem, a good place to start would be with your dentist who can evaluate you and your symptoms and decide if your problem is a TMJ problem.

Might be TMJ: Probably TMJ. Information given is insufficient. I'd recommend an ENT evaluation to rule out other causes.
