Every time i swallow i feel a uncomfortable feeling/pain and it feels like my hyoid bone is clicking or griding on something. if i touch my throat above my adams apple i can feel it clicking. its going on 3 weeks now. can acid reflux cause this?

Swallowing problem: Unlikely to be caused by reflux. Would recommend seeing an ENT, they can do a laryngoscopy and help diagnose the problem. Also a barium swallow can be done if needed.
