Hello doctor, for about the past 5 months i keep feeling a clicking sensation in my throat when i swallow food, drink and saliva. also, accompanying this, when i swallow saliva i can feel it trickling down to my chest. any ideas? im a vocalist

VC polyp?: Those who sing regularly can get vocal cord polyps, which could very well explain your symptom. An ENT exam and direct laryngoscopy are in order as a starting point.
