I am 30f, 2 months ago i had 2 moles/freckles appeared on my right wrist and then they became small and disappeared within a week. i went to dermatologist later on and she told she couldnt see anything with a dermascope in that sight. is it melanoma?

It is not feasible to do better, in this forum, than the dermatologist who examined you. If you see lesions on your skin or the lymph glands in your arm pit, get enlarged, see a doctor.

No, a melanoma would not disappear, however you seem to be worried about getting melanoma and there might be reasons for why. You should feel reassured for now after dermatology evaluation.
