I picked off a small mole last disappeared.i went to a dermatologist after picking it.she can see no pigments under dermatoscope.could it be melanoma that i picked off?if it was melanoma, how can it be diagnosed as there are no signs left now

Usually not melanoma: It appears that you have a very superficial lesion. Keep an eye on it and have it check if it re-grow. Melanoic lesion will require surgery.
