Stupid question. my renal sonographer reported my complex renal kidney cyst as 4.7 x 5.2 cm. what is it's size in cm? i see online that cysts dimensions are reported as one number--1cm, 4cm?

If they find an oval cyst they woulsd report the length and width as separate numbers and let the doc decide its importance.
