Hello i have tumor on my left arm for 2 years now at first there was only one lump now there are 3 on same place 2 are small 1 big doctors said i should operate they didnt say if it is cancer or not is there a chance i dont have cancer?

The growth may be benign, but I would follow your physician's recommendations.

Some of these are simple cysts or lipomas- a growth composed of fat cells but not a cancer. They will likely understand it more during removal. I wouldn't consider cancer the most likely cause.
