I : I can't diagnose your condition. It sounds somewhat like hydraandenitis suprativa. You can ask your dermatologist to examine your lesions to get the right diagnosis. That in turn can lead to appropriate treatment recommendations.

Hard : Hard to tell without a clinical examination so i would see a dermatologist. Perhaps you have hidradenitis suppurativa. See a picture and read about treatment options at the link below. I hope that helps!
