I have had small lumps under my skin mainly on my stomach and one on my arm for years now, lately i have noticed alot more lumps have appeared say about 20 of them they are painless. what could they be and should i see a physician?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. It may require removing one of the lumps and submitting the tissue to a pathologist for examination. Wish you good health!

These may be multiple benign fatty tissue growths. Other possibilities are neurofibromas or fibromas As has been advised by Dr.S,you must be examined by a physician or dermatologist for diagnosis and advice.
