First, call Orthodontist. Then take 1 200mg Ibuprofen/Advil?motrin every 4 hrs w lots of food or liquids, dab Orabase-B (ask your Pharmacist) onto sore spots w Q-tip, rinse 3x/day w 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water. Wax: Soften pea-sized portion by rolling between finger tips, dry the irritating attachment w Kleenex, press wax onto dry attachment and gentlytuck in top & bottom.
