Sinusitis: Most people think "sinusitis" or "sinus cold" just means severe stuffiness, runny nose, etc. But true sinusitis typically causes symptoms exactly like yours, often as cold symptoms begin to improve. Use a nasal spray (like Afrin® or other with oxymatazoline) plus acetaminophen or an NSAID (Motrin, Advil, etc) for pain. See doc if no better in 1-2 days, or immediately if fever or uncontrolled pain.
